If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 21 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If the buyer refuses to accept the ordered goods, or if the goods are returned to the seller due to incorrect recipient details, the buyer is in default of acceptance in accordance with §§ 293 ff. BGB and owes the seller compensation for the additional expenses. The seller is entitled to charge the buyer for the damage incurred, including additional expenses, in the amount of the costs of the return.
