Verwende Retinol-Produkte anfangs 2-3 mal pro Woche, damit sich deine Haut an den Wirkstoff gewöhnen kann. Dann kannst du die Anwendung langsam bis zu einmal täglich erhöhen.
Verwende Retinol bevorzugt am Abend.
Wenn du Retinol-Produkte am Tag verwendest, vergiss auf keinen Fall den Sonnenschutz, da die Haut empfindlicher gegenüber Sonnenstrahlung wird.
Verwende Retinol-Produkte nicht nach Laserbehandlungen oder Peelings.
